1. 1PC ball valve ' s material is stainless steel 304 / 316 , use investment castng method, the 1PC ball valve is thread type, can machining PT,NPT,BSP,G thread type,this type of 1PC ball valve is with locking, and this type of 1PC ball valve is high pressure.
2. 1PC ball valve can be selected to form pneumatic 1PC ball valve and electric 1PC ball valve respectively. If pneumatic 1PC ball valve wants to realize proportional adjustment, it must be equipped with valve positioner.
1PC ball valve is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of medium in pipeline. 1PC ball valve is a new type of valve widely used in recent years. 1PC ball valve has the following advantages:
1. The fluid resistance is small, and 1PC ball valve resistance coefficient is equal to that of the same length of pipe.
2. Simple structure, small volume and light weight.
3. 1PC ball valve is tight and reliable. At present, the sealing surface material of 1PC ball valve is widely made of plastic with good sealing performance, and 1PC ball valve has been widely used in vacuum system.
4. When the 1PC ball valve is fully opened or closed, the sealing surface of the ball and valve seat is isolated from the medium, and the medium will not cause the erosion of the valve sealing surface.
5. Wide range of application, diameter from small to several millimeters, to several meters, from high vacuum to high pressure can be applied.
