2. 1PC ball valve are durable, performing well after many cycles, and reliable, closing securely even after long periods of disuse.
3. If pneumatic 1PC ball valve wants to realize proportional adjustment, it must be equipped with valve positioner.
4. If electric 1PC ball valve wants to realize proportional adjustment, it must choose electronic electric actuator or servo amplifier.
1PC ball valve is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of medium in pipeline. 1PC ball valve is a new type of valve widely used in recent years. 1PC ball valve has the following advantages:
1. The fluid resistance is small, and 1PC ball valve resistance coefficient is equal to that of the same length of pipe.
2. When the valve is fully opened or closed, the sealing surface of the ball and valve seat is isolated from the medium, and the medium will not cause the erosion of the 1PC ball valve sealing surface.
3. 1PC ball valve is tight and reliable. At present, the sealing surface material of ball valve is widely made of plastic with good sealing performance, and it has been widely used in vacuum system.
