Stainless Steel 304/316 Casting thread 1PC Ball Valve
1. 1PC Ball valve is a form of quarter-turn valve which uses a hollow, perforated and pivoting ball (called a "floating ball") to control flow through it. 1PC ball valve is open when the ball's hole is in line with the flow and closed when it is pivoted 90-degrees by the valve handle.
2. 1PC ball valve ' s material is stainless steel 304 / 316 , use investment castng method, the 1PC ball valve is thread type, can machining PT,NPT,BSP,G thread type.
3. The handle lies flat in alignment with the flow when open, and is perpendicular to it when closed, making for easy visual confirmation of the valve's status.
4. High pressure 1PC ball valve: mainly used in oil, natural gas, hydraulic oil, construction machinery and other industries.
5. Low pressure 1PC ball valve: mainly used in the medium of water and other non corrosive pipeline.
6. According to different process equipment, pneumatic or electric 1PC ball valve can be selected to form pneumatic 1PC ball valve and electric 1PC ball valve respectively.
