1. The casting ball valve in the picture is flange type,it is 2PC casting ball valve,and it is anti blow-out stem 2PC flange type casting ball valve.
2. The stainless steel flange casting ball valve can be closed tightly only with 90 degree rotation and small rotation torque.
3. The completely equal inner cavity of the casting ball valve body provides a small resistance and straight passage for the medium.
4. Flange 2PC casting ball valve is generally considered that the casting ball valve is most suitable for direct opening and closing, but recent development has designed the casting ball valve for throttling and flow control.
Temperature and pressure limits.
1. The casting ball valve seat and seal made of PTFE or rtfe should be operated at - 290C to 2000c. The operating temperature of other types of seats and seals should be checked by ki factory.
2. The nominal pressure rating (PN) of the valve indicates the maximum working pressure of the casting ball valve at normal temperature. (for example: pn4.0, indicating that the maximum working pressure is 40 bar (4.0Mpa) when the operating temperature is - 290C ~ 380c).
