Stainless Steel 304 / 316 Wine Brewery 3PC Ball Valve
1. This is a 304 / 316 3PC ball valve used for wine brewery.
2. 3PC ball valves are durable, performing well after many cycles, and reliable, closing securely even after long periods of disuse.
3. These qualities make them an excellent choice for shutoff applications, where they are often preferred to gate and globe valves, but they lack their fine control in throttling applications.
4. The 3PC ball valve is composed of a valve body, two valve covers, a ball, a valve stem, a packing gland, a handle, a lock nut and other important parts.
5. The medium of the 3PC ball valve can be used from left to right and right to left, clockwise to close, counterclockwise to open.

1. The chemical composition & physical properties meets the requirement of natiaonal standard, and send Testing Report to customers when shipment .
2. All valve body & parts are processed by CNC machine tools for ensuring product precision.
3. Stainless steel 3PC ball valve: internal thread, flange, butt welding, plug welding, quick installation, etc. 3PC ball valve can be installed in both horizontal and vertical pipes.
4. All products use petroleum and anti-rust oil to clean under high pressure before assembling works. Also clean the inside medium after pressure testing and the inner chamber cleanliness is up to the standard of JB/T7748 .
5. Every 3PC valve makes pressure testing as per national standard before shipment. Any defected goods prohibit to ship for client.
